Originally built in 1835, our Aiken House was entirely restored in 2023. Enter from a charming Charleston piazza into our lovely 176 A apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Step into a spacious living and dining room with a warm wooden hearth. See the striking archway and custom bar display that directs you into a true gourmet kitchen with marble detail and exposed brick. On this floor is a queen bedroom with day bed and an en suite bathroom. Continue down the stairs for the two additional bright, spacious bedrooms - each featuring a king bed and en suite bathroom. One bedroom includes a daybed for resting an extra head as needed. Large group in tow? Ask us about combining your reservation to include the 176 C apartment upstairs for a total of 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms to comfortably sleep up to 14 guests. Offsite Adult Pool & Gym Amenity We partner with an offsite resort called the Wonderer which is located in downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Our guests 25+ are able to visit the wonderer. There is a strict age policy, no one under 21 will be permitted (including the pool). Resort features : Olympic size pool (heated in winter) , Poolside Cabana (additional charge), Gym (classes at additional charge) , 2 bars , Restaurant , Private & Shared work space *Disclaimer* The Wonderer is a separate company. They reserve the right to alter availability due to events and no inconvenience credits with be given due to issues with the Wonderer. Availability is not guaranteed. We suggest booking in advance.
